Paterson Project Management was proud to sponsor Career Day at Bethany Christian School, where the theme “Future Custom Home Builders” came to life for curious and creative Pre-K and Elementary students.
Led by Jessica Easterling, Chief Operating Officer of Paterson Project Management, the day was filled with hands-on learning, imagination, and excitement as students explored what it takes to build a dream home from the ground up.
Building Curiosity, One Little Builder at a Time
Each child received their very own set of plans to draw their dream home, along with a fun collection of builder gear—including tape measures, levels, hard hats, and mini tool belts. The classroom buzzed with creativity as students sketched, measured, and imagined what their perfect home would look like—some with pools, others with treehouses or slides, and plenty of colorful designs.
Jessica walked students through the home building process in a simple and engaging way, explaining how ideas become drawings, and how drawings become real homes. Using visuals and stories, she showed how builders, designers, and teams work together to turn a dream into reality.
A Message from Our COO
“Career Day is all about planting seeds,” said Jessica Easterling, COO of Paterson Project Management. “Giving kids the tools—and the confidence—to dream, design, and build something of their own is incredibly rewarding. You never know who might grow up to become the next great architect, builder, or project manager.”
Thank You, Bethany Christian School
We’re grateful to the incredible staff at Bethany Christian School for organizing such a special and impactful event. Watching the next generation of dreamers light up with excitement reminded us why we love what we do.
